                   AN ORDINANCE PERMITTING THE WITHDRAWAL OF
                   THE PETITION FOR REZONING IN CASE NO.
                   1994-082, AND RESCINDING THE ACTIONS OF THE
                   CITY COUNCIL ON MAY 10, 1994, IN REFUSING TO
                   ALLOW THE PETITIONER, DINKER PATEL, IN
                   ZONING CASE NO. 1994-082 TO WITHDRAW THE
                   PETITION AND THEN DENYING THE REZONING.

       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  That there be and is hereby permitted the
       withdrawal of the petition for rezoning in Case No. 1994-082, and 

       the actions of the City Council on May 10, 1994 in refusing to
       allow the petitioner, Dinker Patel, in said zoning case to
       withdraw the petition and then deny the rezoning be and are 
hereby
       rescinded.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  That this Ordinance shall take effect two
       (2) weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
